Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at InstaEats.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 2 months from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition.

Refund will also be provided in case:

  • Customer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if InstaEats fails to ship the ordered products.
  • The shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
  • If our products arrive to you damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
  • Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
  • Refusal to accept products
  • Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
  • Force majeure event
  • In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
